  Our team will review your request based on the product images provided; once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address.

  Place the garment back in its original packaging along with all invoices and tags to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a physical quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment mode or ship your exchanged size.
