Yes, we ship our exclusive designer wear globally to over 200 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia, via trusted courier partners.

Can I customize the fit of my outfit?

Absolutely. We offer custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear. You can provide your specific measurements on the product page or via our measurement form after placing an order.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns for standard-sized items within 48 hours of delivery if they are in original condition. Please note that custom-stitched or personalized outfits are not eligible for returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and PayPal for international transactions. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes within India.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Custom-made or bridal couture pieces typically take 4 to 8 weeks for production and delivery depending on the intricacy of the design.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
